Overview

Elite Fitness Management System is a multi-tenant platform for fitness operators that brings member records, subscriptions, invoicing, marketing, inventory and day-to-day operations into one connected product.

Elite Station built a modular SaaS foundation with multi-tenancy and white-label capabilities, helping operators deliver a consistent member experience while keeping the operational model flexible for different brands and locations.

Our contribution

Multi-tenant SaaS architecture: Built the Laravel foundation so each fitness business can operate independently on shared infrastructure. Redis supports caching and asynchronous work, while the delivery environment was designed for resilient releases and changing demand.
Member and administrator mobile experience: Developed React Native capabilities for subscriptions, class booking and fitness-progress visualizations, so key actions are available where members and staff need them.
Operational performance: Used Laravel Queues and Horizon for background work such as notifications and member-record updates, helping the product remain responsive during busy periods.

Our contribution

IoT and RFID workflows: Connected devices and RFID card readers to automate check-ins and subscription verification, reducing front-desk friction while producing more useful operational signals.
APIs and white-labeling: Enabled synchronized web and mobile experiences while allowing fitness businesses to present their own brand on a shared, scalable product foundation.
Management insight and access control: Delivered dashboards for operational and financial visibility, supported by role-based access controls for the sensitive data fitness businesses manage.
